Ola Narum Berg
No-one loves a spreadsheet more than Ola who has spent many years producing commercials both locally and internationally. His considerable experience covers every kind of shoot working with a huge range of high profile brands. Ola has combined this commercials work with producing long form TV and Features in Scandinavia. Ola is our sauna lover and will never say no to a dip in the sea, whatever the weather.
PRODUCER / MANAGING DIRECTOR
Audun Skarbøvik
Location Location Location is the mantra of Audun, our hugely experienced Location Supervisor. Audun has a formal education in law and film production, and bags of experience as both a 1st AD and Producer. Audun cannot open his eyes without seeing potential locations. He knows every inch of Norway and seems to have a contact in every village. In his spare time he loves running on beaches, and a sauna with the obligatory post sauna jump in the sea.

Simon Hawken
A DOP with an international reputation and considerable experience globally on films, TV drama and commercials, Simon understands what a well serviced production looks like. Simon grew up in London and has lived in Oslo for many years. As a partner and co-producer at bearhug he is an invaluable member of your team. Simon is a swimmer and a keen cyclist and can often be found exploring the Oslo fjord in his kayak.

Emil A. Jensen
Our Locations and Production Management expert, Emil has unbeatable organisational skills and is always in demand. Emil is the team member you need to keep your production running smoothly. Always on the lookout for recommendations for bingeable TV shows, Emil is an avid chess player and keeps us all up to date on tech.
PRODUCER / 1ST AD
Ubbe Haavind
Ubbe is a 2nd Unit Director/1st AD with a considerable track record. He has worked in film and TV for over 25 years, with experience in all the main departments. Used to working with international crews, he understands what is required to accomplish even the most demanding shoot. Born in Norway and educated in the US with a military background, he is also an experienced skier and the team’s designated sailor.
